Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- The Contractor shall ensure project solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
- The Contractor shall coordinate activities in support of sponsor program managers and teams.
- The Contractor shall provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
- The Contractor shall troubleshoot complex problems.
- The Contractor shall provide customer support for software systems and application issues.
- The Contractor shall collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, project managers, and engineers.
- The Contractor shall provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- The Contractor shall assist the program Sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
- The Contractor shall collaborate with customers and Sponsor leadership to set priorities, implement tasking, and provide deliverables that are compliant with project schedules, priorities, and standards.
- The Contractor shall collaborate with a variety of customers and contractors, which may include technical consultation, meeting coordination and support (e.g., TEMs), and preparation and support of technical briefings.
- The Contractor shall support Agile development.
