The Systems Integrator will provide critical support for strategic prioritization and collaboration across the customer organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tools to track and manage key organizational objectives, facilitating high-impact meetings, and serve as a key point of contact within the organization for a wide variety of daily and strategic taskings as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Deliver high-level strategic support to enhance collaboration and information management within the organization. Drive initiatives for effective strategic prioritization and cross-functional alignment. Align goals and track progress to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects.
- Tool Design and Implementation: Create and deploy visually intuitive trackers for strategic objectives, budget planning, contract procurement, and onboarding processes to streamline operations and enhance visibility.
- RFI Response: Compile and draft responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) on behalf of Group leadership. Ensure timely and accurate submissions, meeting tight deadlines.
- Facilitation Support: Facilitate offsites, strategic sessions, and collaborative events such as roundtables on an as-needed basis.
- Research and Outreach: Conduct research and engage with private sector and academic institutions to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Bluescape Support and Integration: Serve as the primary Bluescape point of contact for implementation and support. When applicable, identify ways to integrate Bluescape into workflows to foster broader collaboration, efficiency and visualization of information throughout the organization.
