Responsibilities:- Create custom cocktails and mixed drinks tailored to individual customer tastes and specific recipes
- Inform customers about current drink specials and menu options
- Showcase deep knowledge of spirits, liquors, and beers to offer informed suggestions on drink choices and preparation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, particularly those concerning alcohol, and supervise team members to ensure they follow guidelines
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including replenishing alcohol inventory as needed
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is required for this position
- Previous experience in food service is essential
- Strong customer service skills are a must-have
- The ability to prepare, garnish, and mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences is necessary
