Responsibilities:- Skillfully presenting gourmet food and beverages to guests with courtesy and efficiency at our elegant dining venue in Waco, TX
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work environment, following all food safety guidelines diligently
- Accurately recording customer orders and handling transactions in accordance with company protocols
- Offering detailed information on menu items, and daily specials, and addressing any questions regarding food preparation and services
- Extending a warm welcome to guests and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided throughout their dining experience
- Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting
- Knowledgeable about and compliant with food safety regulations and procedures
