Joining Bridge Investment Group (“Bridge”) as our Impact Manager of Workforce & Affordable Housing Impact Strategy & Management, you lead the management of our community and resident engagement programs and philanthropic efforts that advance the mission of our industry-leading and award-winning Workforce & Affordable Housing strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders, internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive these efforts.
Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-pronged approach to delivering impact at Bridge’s 65 workforce and affordable housing communities based on resident needs, using social and community programming, philanthropic activities supported by a budget of ~$75 million over the next 10 years and strategic partnerships with service providers. Maintain program alignment with community needs and industry best practices. Develop strategic communication and outreach plans that ensure equitable racial and ethnic representation among program participants.
- Partnership Management: Select, develop, maintain and evaluate relationships with nonprofit, government, healthcare and community partners, including existing and new on-site social service providers (e.g. Project Access, Veritas), and philanthropic grantees, ensuring alignment with Workforce & Affordable Housing strategy and impact metrics. Develop KPI’s and annual report cards for partners so that Bridge can assess effectiveness of partner services.
- Budget and Financial Management: Manage the BCEI budget, including forecasting, allocations, and expense tracking, to maximize the effectiveness of charitable and fund investments in impact, and report on the budget regularly to the Investment Committee.
- Impact Measurement and Reporting: Develop, track and analyze impact metrics of all programs, regularly reporting on key performance indicators and outcomes including success stories to internal and external stakeholders. Use data to create narratives and visuals to drive decision-making. Write, alongside other internal stakeholders, the annual Workforce & Affordable Housing Impact Report.
- External Engagement: Work with external constituents and industry experts to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments related to workforce and affordable housing, and incorporate insights into programmatic and philanthropic strategies.
- Bridge Gives: Serve on the Bridge Gives committee, which manages Bridge’s firmwide philanthropic initiatives across our three key pillars of Bridge to Education, Bridge to Healthy Communities, and Bridging the Gap to Financial Wellness.
- Minimum of five years of experience in business, ESG and/or impact investing, consulting, investment banking, private equity, development finance, corporate giving, charitable foundation or nonprofit management.
- Lived or professional experience working with and engaging communities of color and relationship building with diverse groups.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent exp, nonprofit management, public policy, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience developing, tracking, and reporting metrics to demonstrate multi-level insights and success.
- Polished and concise oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to achieve corporate giving objectives.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for social impact and a commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in housing and economic development.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
