We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our revenue management team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team Director to formulate pricing strategies for apartment communities. As an integral part of the team, your primary objective will be to maximize revenue by devising optimal rates and strategies, while actively engaging with Regional Managers and Property Managers to implement the recommended rate strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our goal of maximizing revenue growth and making a significant impact within the organization.
What you should bring
- Analytical skills are required.
- Someone that has an educational background and/or work experience looking at data and graphs to make decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field
- Experience with revenue management reports and market performance reports.
- Innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Relevant experience in Revenue Management or Property Management experience is a plus.
