Mission
As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that address user needs and align with business goals. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate collaboration with our global team.
Status: In Office
Outcomes:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that capture the brand essence and objectives
- Create wireframes, sketches/storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches , and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive -level stakeholders
- Establish and adhere to design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Create prototypes that allow for user testing and user interviews
- Design, build and deliver many new ad designs per week to be tested, measured, and optimized
- Build and launch landing pages, intake forms, and user experiences in systems like Unbounce, Lead Pages, WordPress, etc.
- Research and propose new design ideas for ads, landing pages, products, and other user experiences
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiar with Marvelapp or similar tools
- Experience in wireframe, low-fidelity prototype, and high-fidelity design
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating storyboards, prototypes, user flows, and site maps
- Proficiency in Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- An expert level user of Unbounce, Lead Pages, WordPress or other CMS
- An expert level knowledge of ad design for Display and Paid Social
- Mandarin speaking preferred
