Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Albuquerque, NM. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Xfinity products and services, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, identifying customer needs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be expected to handle inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain customer records.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including promoting products and closing sales
- Customer Service skills and ability to identify customer needs
- Communication skills for product demonstrations and customer interactions
- Organizational skills for maintaining customer records and meeting sales targets
- Basic technological proficiency to process transactions and navigate product offerings
