We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instructional methods accordingly.
- Provide early intervention strategies to support students who may be struggling academically or behaviorally.
- Foster literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons.
- Engage in tutoring sessions for students needing additional support outside of regular class hours.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to address individual student needs and promote their overall development.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to encourage healthy lifestyles among students.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in early childhood education or classroom management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, tutoring, and behavior management strategies.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes equity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
