We are looking for an organized and proactive person to support our property management team. This role is important for keeping daily operations smooth across our properties, helping with maintenance, tenant interactions, financial tracking, and general support. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Yardi Voyager/RentCafe Support: Must have experience working with both programs, in order to support onsite teams with issues they may experience with this software. This position will be front line support for RentCafe, and secondary support for Voyager.
- Operations Onsite Support: Assist the site property management team in day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including coordinating training for Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and other programs and procedures related to onsite operations.
- Operations Corporate Support: Assist the corporate property management team in day-to-day operations, including coordinating training for Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and other programs and procedures related to corporate operations.
- System Testing: Conduct thorough system testing to ensure software upgrades and plug-ins function seamlessly and confirm system integrity. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of testing methodologies, and strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements.
- Auditing: Auditors review financial records, operations, and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. They identify risks, assess internal controls, verify policy adherence, and document findings. Recommendations are provided to promote transparency, accountability, and organizational performance.
- Project Management: Project management involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects to meet goals, timelines, and budgets. Key tasks include defining scope, allocating resources, coordinating teams, and adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes that align with objectives and manage risks effectively.
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (like Yardi or AppFolio).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and a proactive approach to operational needs.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
