Harmonious Capital Administration is a leading private market investing technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to clients in the financial industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our day-to-day operational activities. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, you will contribute to the operational excellence of our organization by leveraging your expertise in process optimization, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization
- Collaborate with the operations team to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, ensuring seamless workflows across departments.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and automation to increase overall operational productivity.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilize data analysis tools and technologies to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards and reports for regular review by senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key operational metrics.SOP Management and Quality Assurance
Support the oversight of the end-to-end process, including vendor management, procurement, and quality control.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and timely delivery of goods and services.Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of quality control standards to maintain exceptional product and service quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
Foster effective communication and collaboration with various teams, including product development, finance, and client experience.Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and data security standards, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to maintain a secure operational environment.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proven experience in an operations-focused role within the financial services industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of private market investing operations.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to execute within deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and technologies to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic work environment.Track record of collaborating cross-departmentally and with upper leadership.Join our team at Harmonious Capital Administration as an Operations Associate and contribute to our commitment to operational excellence.
