We are currently searching for one full time Multi Site Community Director to join our team in Lancaster. This position will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Plan and execute property improvement projects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
