Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to increase occupancy rates.

- Follow up with prospects regarding the status of their applications.
- Input information into computer systems accurately and timely.
- Ensure apartment readiness for residents' move-in dates.
- Assist in collecting delinquent rents and participating in planning resident functions.
- Gather information about market competition in the area.
- Comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws, as well as follow safety procedures and notify supervisors of potential hazards.
- Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
