Essential Functions :

- Ensure Compliance : Work closely with the controller to maintain effective contract and agency administration while upholding LIHTC and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Drive Financial Success : Take charge of managing the long-term financial performance of properties in your region, using your acumen to ensure sustainable profitability.
