As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be joining a fast-paced, growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas : HRIS / PEO Management, employee relations, benefits administration, policy improvement, and employment law compliance. You should be a proactive communicator and highly skilled problem solver, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
- Foster collaboration between HR functions to enhance the employee experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees.
- Provide guidance and consultation to management on HR matters.
- Develop and enhance HR policies, programs, and solutions.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations as needed.
- Promote morale, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve productivity and retention.
- Communicate and interpret HR policies for management and employees.
- Manage vendor relationships to support employee needs, compliance, and engagement.
- Oversee and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring performance and issue resolution.
