What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Bridge Technical Talent?
This is a permanent full time role and must be worked on site Monday-Friday.
Prior MSP/Managed Service Provider experience is desired.
You'll conduct regular strategic assessments, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with our technical teams to develop and implement solutions that drive client success.
5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, security)
• Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation
• Prior MSP experience highly preferred
• Internal motivation and drive for success
What You'll Do:
• Strategic Client Management: Lead technology strategy for a portfolio of our most important clients, serving as their trusted technical advisor
• Technical Assessment & Planning: Perform comprehensive alignment reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Solution Design & Presentation: Craft compelling IT review presentations that demonstrate clear business value and ROI
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with vCIOs and engineering teams to design, price, and deliver innovative solutions
• Proactive Risk Management: Identify and address potential technical issues before they impact client operations
