Who You Are
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sr / Executive Assistant to support our Investor Relations and Strategic Finance team. The position is ideal for a take-charge Sr / Executive Assistant to keep business operations organized, on track, and moving forward. A true Business Partner, the ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills (both written and oral), the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to work independently with initiative, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality. You will ensure that the team's productivity is enhanced by managing calendars and scheduling priorities. You must have the ability to oversee high-priority assignments and foster and maintain strong working relationships within all levels of the company and with outside vendors and contacts.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Investor Relations and Strategic Finance team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, domestic and international, and expense reporting
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with internal stakeholders, investors and analysts
- Organize and support events, such as roadshows, investor conferences, analyst days, and earning calls. Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the IR team, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-up is consistent.
- Partner, collaborate and provide backup support with other C-Suite Executive Assistants

Below is the anticipated hourly range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this hourly range may not reflect positions based in other states.
