Job Description: Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team? As an Office Administrator at Bridge Builder Tax Legal Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support:
· Answering and directing phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
· Greeting clients and visitors, making them feel welcome and valued
· Managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace
· Scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with team members and clients
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Accounting Support:
· Assisting with tax filing process and due date tracker
· Scheduling Meetings
· Email Clients Tax Briefings
· Handling client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree, business administration, or a related field is a plus
· Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
