Wound Care Nurse - Full-Time Location : Bridge Crest Post Acute Schedule : Full-Time Pay : LPN : $32 - $44 per hour | RN : $39 - $54 per hour Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team full-time.

- Assess, treat, and monitor wounds to ensure optimal healing
- Implement and manage individualized wound care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications :
- Active LPN or RN license in Washington
- Experience in wound care preferred
