A major national amlaw firm is looking for a New Business Intake/Conflicts Coordinator to join their team. The position is remote but will require you to go into the office for business needs on occasion.
Will assist with processing client/matter intake requests and conducting conflicts searches.
Varied responsibilities, including, completing detailed conflict of interest report, consulting the NBI reference manual for proper procedures and information, assigning client matter numbers, notifying attorneys of issues for matter opening process, assigning affiliations for all client matters, processing Dunn and Bradstreet reports (DNBi)/Hoover, completing exiting attorney reports and requests for attorney to close client/files, and training and mentoring new NBI hires.
Must have law firm / legal experience within conflicts and new business intake. Strong research and search experience using Intapp, Cap IQ, and Dun & Bradstreet is highly preferred.
