Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on assisting our client base with operating our self-service platform and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. As part of this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Account Management. You will also be asked to cross-sell with other business units. Our team is dynamic, and we're looking for someone with a go-getter personality.
Compensation : Base salary plus performance-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take recently enrolled account from sales and get them to first order
- Possibly assist with business units in Canada
- Conduct outreach to enrolled clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our safety and compliance program to employers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
