Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on assisting our client base with operating our self-service platform and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. As part of this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Account Management. You will also be asked to cross-sell with other business units. Our team is dynamic, and we're looking for someone with a go-getter personality.

Compensation : Base salary plus performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Take recently enrolled account from sales and get them to first order
  • Possibly assist with business units in Canada
  • Conduct outreach to enrolled clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our safety and compliance program to employers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • The ability to speak French is a BIG plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and partners, both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
