What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Yard Attendant position at Bridgeport Equipment & Tool?
We are a large rental company looking for a lot attendant. We need someone with a good work ethic who shows up for scheduled shifts when required and steps in when needed for additional shifts. You must have reliable transportation to and from work and possess a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload equipment, inspect equipment for damages and take pictures when going out and coming back from rental customers. Clean equipment and check fluid levels. Grease and fuel the machines. Keep the yard organized.
Candidate must be able to work as a team, as well as alone. We are looking for an employee that knows what needs done and doesn't need a lot of direction. Someone who is able to prioritize and complete tasks in a reasonable amount of time. This is a fast paced workplace. If you like to be busy, this is the job for you!
The position is full time. Some Saturdays are required. A background check and drug screen are required for employment.
