Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Manage purchases & negotiate terms with vendors.
- Provide support in office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage various administrative functions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred for daily operations.
