Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Bridges Bay Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for attending to guests' needs, including registration, checkout, and cashiering. This role requires a friendly and approachable individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house.
- Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in.
- Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met.
- Cover other areas of the hotel as needed.
- Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
- Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported.
- Maintain all areas of the front desk.
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts.
- Attention to detail and organized.
