About the Role:
I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Personal Assistant to support me in both my business and personal life. As the CEO of Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., I run a fast-growing neurodevelopmental psychology practice while managing a busy family life. I need someone who can handle business operations, scheduling, personal logistics, and high-level administrative tasks—all while being flexible, efficient, and solutions-driven.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking. They must be able to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and switch tasks at a moment’s notice without frustration. This role requires complete discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Most importantly, I need someone who is comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities without making me feel guilty for delegating tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Manage my complex schedule, including clinical meetings, team coordination, and personal commitments.
- Oversee emails, draft correspondence, and prioritize communications.
- Assist with financial tracking, invoice processing, and coordinating documents with accountants.
- Plan business and personal travel with detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, and administrative tasks related to my practice.
Personal & Family Support:
- Organize family schedules, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
- Oversee home management, maintenance scheduling, and household organization.
- Run errands, manage online orders, and handle personal shopping.
- Liaise with caregivers and ensure smooth family logistics.
Concierge & Lifestyle Management:
- Plan and coordinate business retreats, team events, and private gatherings.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Provide tech and administrative support, optimizing digital organization systems.
