Track Hoe Operator (Storm Drain)

Job Description

A family-owned Construction Company in the Murrell's Inlet area is expanding its team in Charleston, SC!

We are seeking an Experienced Track Hoe Operator/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of Water and Sewer work, including digging deep water, sewer and storm drain reading blueprints and managing a crew.

Compensation: $1250 a week and a Wage increase after introductory period. Company Truck & Gas Card

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes and front loader trucks to excavate and backfill trenches.
• Work on construction sites to install and repair sewer pipelines.
• Operate pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment during installation.
• Assist in concrete forming for sewer structures.
• Utilize bulldozers for site preparation and grading.
• Plumb sewer lines to ensure proper flow and functionality.
  
  

Skills:

• Proficiency in backhoe operation and front loader truck usage.
• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety measures.
• Competence in heavy equipment operation, including bulldozers.
• Familiarity with concrete forming for sewer structures.
• Ability to work on pipeline installations and repairs.
• Skill in using pipe lasers for accurate alignment.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,250.00 per week

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
