Job Description
The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role that combines customer service, sales, and vehicle service tasks. This role is primarily responsible for serving customers through assessing their needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry-level vehicle services.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You will also perform basic vehicle service tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, and assist with store operations as needed.
