Position Summary
In this role, you will work approximately 4 days/week in their market area of responsibility soliciting key fleet locations. The FDM will also be working with the dealers' salespeople to generate more Bridgestone Commercial Solutions branded product sales for their dealers' locations. You will spend approximately 1 day per week focusing on territory administrative duties. ~80% of the FDM's time in market should be spent with planned workdays making end user sales calls with the dealer CSRs to drive our brand sell outs. ~20% of the FDM's time in market will be spent training the dealers on products, solutions, and supporting operational activities as well as administrative duties.

** This individual will be required to live in and cover the PA/NY (Central PA/Western NY)Pay Range: $67,000.00 - $120,000.00
Responsibilities
- The FDM will consistently work with the dealer CSRs weekly calling on medium to large regional fleets, both existing fleets and target fleets, in their territory to generate sell-out growth for Bridgestone, Firestone and Bandag brands within key dealers' point of sale locations.
- Manage a portfolio of the top fleets & government accounts in territory
- Support national & strategic account initiatives
- Attend quarterly dealer business reviews.
- The FDM must capture/provide market feedback to the Regional Manager consistently on our programs, competitor activities, product performance, inventory, etc. Reporting is completed in Salesforce
- Up to 25% travel
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
