Our growing dental office is looking to add another person to our team. We strive to provide the highest quality dental care and a comfortable experience in a positive and calm environment. We are looking for a second person to help with treatment plan presentation, checking patients out, and support with all front desk duties, while always giving our patients an exceptional experience. An ability to assist with limited sterilization and occasional room turnover would be preferred.
Our patient care coordinator will assist with managing our front desk on a daily basis. A professional, pleasant personality and positive attitude is a must, as this is a customer service role. Your duties and responsibilities include welcoming patients and executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. You may be the first point of contact for our patients and we are looking for a friendly, positive, enthusiastic, and welcoming person. Duties will include greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, collecting payments during check-out, and presenting treatment plans and associated costs. Multitasking and customer service skills are essential for this position.
Prior dental experience is a plus, but not required. A bonus would be someone with assisting experience to help with occasional room turnover, sterilization, perio charting, or scanning, if needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Check patients in and ensure they have all paperwork and insurance information filled out
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with responding to emails, texts, and scheduling
- Always giving patients a 5 star experience
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Confirming patients for their appointments
- Collecting payments from patients checking out
- Explaining treatment costs and presenting treatment plans
- Keeping the schedule full
- Other duties may include photocopying, faxing, scanning, and communicating with other offices
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Treatment or Financial Coordinator, or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in presenting high value treatment plans
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Experience with Dentrix a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
