Job Title: Business Analyst (12-month long contract with high possibility of conversion)
Overview: We are seeking a team-oriented Business Analyst who will work closely with various business areas to leverage company data for operational and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will excel in a cross-functional environment, collaborating internally and externally to analyze methodologies, build proposal evaluations, and optimize operations.
Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and report key data metrics across business functions.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to drive collaborative solutions.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for internal processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements based on data analysis.
- Develop comprehensive reports and proposal evaluations to support decision-making.
- Maintain competitive market knowledge to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, or other methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT systems and processes is a plus.
