- Key Responsibilities:Provide support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues with HP laptops and related peripherals.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory: creating, modifying, and resetting passwords.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to drivers, M365 applications, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)from the end-user perspective.
- Use ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to document, track, and manage support tickets.
- Deliver exceptional white-glove support to high-profile users, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline support processes.
- Required Skills and Experience:2 years of experience with Active Directory in a support role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in supporting HP laptops, including understanding and troubleshooting drivers and hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 from an end-user perspective.
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools and processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
