UI / UX Designer

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, sketches, process flows, and design concepts
  • Use Figma and other design tools to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
  • Facilitate workshops and small group sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs
  • Develop creative solutions for navigating and interacting with complex application workflows
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
  • Maintain a user-centric focus, ensuring designs meet usability and accessibility standards
  • Contribute to the creation of a cohesive design system for the application

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years of experience in user interface and user experience design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe suite, and other design tools
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like JIRA
  • Experience working on greenfield projects is a plus
  • Inquisitive, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work swiftly and adapt to changing priorities
