We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Loan Closing Coordination Lead to join our Loan Administration team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the Director of Loan Closing Coordination, the Loan Closing Coordination Lead will supervise a team of Closing Coordination staff and provide oversight of closing coordination functions. These tasks are associated with ensuring certain functions are completed in the area loan closing file completion, processes, procedures, and exception reports for the team.

Compensation & Benefits
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $72,700 - $85,980. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in the functions of the closing coordination area including contributing to closing workload.
- Participate in the formulation of processes and procedures ensuring that the staff is following them.
- Manages projects that impact Closing Coordination area and is responsible for effectively communicating changes within these areas with other areas within department.
- Maintains current knowledge of banking and lending rules and regulations and assures compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Responsible for management and development of Closing Coordinators by conducting annual performance reviews and quarterly 5-5-5’s to identify training needs and assist with career development.
- Maintains and monitors procedures and process within the area to maintain consistency.
- Mentor and train new additions of staff members. Review of closings for new team members. Including, ongoing training of existing staff.
- Monitoring workload of Coordinators and assist with overflow of work.
- Actively participate with other Department Team Leads to make processes within areas to function more efficiently.
- 7-10 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to loan documentation and servicing
- Knowledge of Fiserv and Premier platform preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
