What are the responsibilities and job description for the Third-Party Risk Management Analyst position at Bridgewater Bank?
We seek a meticulous and self-motivated Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to join our Risk team at Bridgewater. The Third-Party Risk Management Analyst will execute various tasks related to the Third-Party Risk Management program to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements and effectively manage risks associated with the use of internal and external third parties. This role will be responsible for completing vendor reviews, ensuring due diligence of our current vendors, and working with the lines of business to implement process and controls to ensure Third-Party Risk is accurately documented, managed, and mitigated.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Third-Party Risk Management policy and the internal document management software
- Collaborate with business partners and various stakeholders to understand business requirements and the scope of services provided by third parties
- Conduct risk assessments and gather vendor due diligence documentation
- Review third parties for their active controls including information security, business continuity, and compliance
- Collaborate with business partners of vendor relationships including risk mitigation strategies, monitoring of service levels, and contract terms
- Collect and maintain data supporting vendor risk assessments and contract monitoring in applicable systems
- Identify sources of risk throughout the vendor life cycle and provide oversight for identifying, measuring, and reporting on third party risk
- Assist in maturing the Third-Party Risk Management program and execution of procedures for risk management
- Perform business continuity testing with functional leads across the bank
- Perform regular vendor assessments and reviews of third parties to align to policy objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years’ experience in vendor risk management
- Knowledge of banking-related products, services, and processes
- Strong experience with ProcessUnity or similar Third-Party risk management systems (Venminder, Archer, ServiceNow, Diligent, MetricStream, etc.)
- Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and collaboratively with subject matter resources in a hybrid work environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and facilitate solutions
- Flexibility in working on several processes and projects simultaneously to meet team goals and responsibilities
- Ability to comfortably use Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $81,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
