Position : Resource Manager
Location : Hybrid – LA / Orange County Area
Position Summary
As a Resource Manager you will bridge the gap between sales projections and pipeline, execution and project planning and talent acquisition. You will work directly with our Leadership team to devise and optimize a process by which we can effectively plan and prepare for our continued growth - ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time and that we continue to scale thoughtfully and in accordance with demand.
Responsibilities
Create and present resource forecast reports to department leads & leadership
Own, monitor, and manage capacity planning & forecasting on a daily basis
Run weekly resource strategy meeting with recruiters, and create and present quarterly hiring strategy roadmaps with leadership team
Balance resource needs for multiple high-priority projects and clients across the company
Develop new processes and optimize current processes around capacity planning
Define new resource management features and enhancements to improve and optimize current workflow
Required experience
5-7 years’ experience in Resource Management, ideally in an agency setting
Proficient with Microsoft Suite - specifically Excel, and collaboration tools like Sharepoint
You have a demonstrated ability to optimize processes around company / team workflow
Desired
You are a meticulous planner and love leveraging disparate information to conduct analysis and make recommendations
You love bringing together various client stakeholders and empowering them with information to make more informed decisions
You're a fanatic about optimizing and improving team workflow; you have a knack for making operational improvements
You understand the basics of sales forecasting and project forecasting
You are passionate about working across a large cross-functional organization - leveraging data to make refinements and improvements
You are a strong Resource Manager who understands that availability alone is not a skill set
