Position: 250026 - Oracle Transformation Office PMO
Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, Texas (3-4 days/week onsite)
An Oracle Transformation Office PMO" is focused on managing and coordinating large-scale organizational transformation initiatives within an Oracle environment, leveraging project management expertise to ensure successful implementation of strategic changes, while closely collaborating with various stakeholders to align projects with the overall transformation vision and objectives, often including oversight of project planning, execution, risk mitigation, communication, and reporting within the Oracle platform and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with leadership to define the transformation strategy and roadmap, ensuring projects align with overall business goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Lead and manage multiple transformation projects, overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Utilize Oracle project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project planning, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and dependency management.
- Establish clear communication channels with key stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns throughout the transformation process.
- Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and systems.
- Train and support users on new Oracle functionalities and procedures.
- Regularly monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to established transformation governance frameworks and methodologies.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Expertise in Oracle applications and platforms relevant to the transformation scope (e.g., Oracle Cloud, ERP, CRM).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
