Homemaker – Monday to Friday
We are looking for dedicated Homemakers to join our team, working full-time 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. While you will work primarily in one household, you will also float to other households when needed. If PRN team members are unavailable, you’ll be the first to assist in other areas. You must either be trained in the homemaker role or be willing to receive training.
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 11a-7p (8-Hour Shifts), with every other holiday (including weekends) required.
Performance and Conduct Expectations:
Attitude:
- Help support all households and foster positive relationships with other team members.
- Exhibit a willingness to assist beyond job descriptions and go “beyond the badge.”
Work Performance:
- Stay engaged and busy—avoid unnecessary downtime.
- Prioritize resident cleanliness and comfort, ensuring daily needs are met.
Attendance:
- Follow attendance policies.
- Avoid frequently arriving late or leaving early.
- Only arrange shift replacements for last-minute emergencies, sickness, or denied vacation requests.
Every three months, your leadership team will follow up with you to ensure that you are meeting the outlined expectations. You must meet all performance and attitude criteria to maintain your current schedule. If organizational needs change, new scheduling options will be available and offered.
