We are seeking a qualified and motivated Supervisor to join our Nurse Leadership Team.
Open Shifts: Part Time 3PM-11PM & 11PM-7AM
Responsibilities:
- Supervising Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on the unit.
- Participating in Care Planning, ensuring all plans of care are followed.
- Communicating with families and physicians regarding residents as needed.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures, as well as state licensing requirements are followed at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- NJ RN Licensure
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 year LTC experience preferred
- Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred
- Effective writing and oral communication skills are required as well as proven tasks records with team building
- Must be willing to work every other weekend.
