We operate in a very precise section of recruiting, assisting with strategic hires of emerging leaders and Pre-C Management. We focus on very low unemployment sectors- areas where typical unemployment levels are -5% or greater. We have created hiring models and career management theory that have placed us as a trusted advisor to both talent conscious organizations and the people that stand out in our practice spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Source and deliver highly reputable candidates to companies
- Facilitate process of consulting, interviewing, and negotiation with the objective of hiring in a timely manner
- Contact potential companies to create new business opportunities
- Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
- Influence individuals to explore career advancement opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to keep a strong pulse on market trends
- Maintain continuous flow of communication with all partners to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Coordinate all components of recruitment process for an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage and frequently update CRM database
- Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
- Utilize a multitude of recruitment tools to perform outreach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years professional experience minimum (Industry experience is not required)
- Demonstrate rigor and drive to succeed
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (4 days in office per week)
