The Role
We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive business development and oversee recruitment projects within our Construction Recruiting Practice. This role is responsible for identifying companies with strategic hiring needs, introducing them to Bridgeway’s hiring model, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage construction companies with strategic hiring needs.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR professionals.
- Showcase Bridgeway Partners' hiring model and differentiate our services.
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business opportunities.
- Project Management & Recruiting Execution
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment project lifecycle, from client onboarding to candidate placement.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify high-potential candidates.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, and engagement efforts to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to execute effective hiring strategies.
- Monitor and manage recruitment timelines, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Market Intelligence & Industry Insights
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitive activity.
- Provide clients with insights on talent availability and best hiring practices.
