This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a growing office with a tenured team of accomplished trial attorneys and litigators handling complex, high-stakes litigation across a wide range of industries.Candidate Profile : JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in California (in good standing).10 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation , including trial experience in state and federal courts .Extensive experience drafting pleadings , managing discovery , and preparing for depositions .Strong background in arguing discovery motions , dispositive motions , and / or class certification motions .Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution .Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to contribute to a fast-growing office and expand the firm’s litigation practice.Key Responsibilities : Handle complex commercial litigation matters , including high-profile business disputes , class actions , and multi-jurisdictional cases .Take the lead on all aspects of litigation , including drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery.Prepare for and conduct depositions , mediations , and settlement negotiations .Collaborate with a team of highly skilled trial attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.Represent clients in both state and federal courts , leveraging deep litigation experience to secure favorable outcomes.Play a key role in business development efforts and the continued growth of the Los Angeles office.Why Join Us : This role offers a rare chance to step into a well-established yet rapidly expanding litigation practice within one of the country’s premier law firms.
