Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-year of commercial/civil litigation experience
- CA Bar License
- Must have knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- Must have Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions and Essential forms would be helpful
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a PLUS
- Must be reliable and detail oriented
