Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver above-and-beyond service to all clients, families, and partners.
- Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM system and proactively follow up on pending items.
- Process financial transactions such as contributions, distributions, premiums, transfers, rollovers, and account maintenance requests.
- Address client inquiries, which come in via email or telephone, with a high level of professionalism, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
- Gain exposure to financial planning strategies, diverse investment management solutions, and tax planning to develop your expertise for a future advisory role.
Training & Career Development – The Path to Becoming a Fiduciary Financial Planner
- Structured career path leading to a full-time fiduciary financial planner role within 3-7 years depending on experience, self-development and skills.
- Hands-on training in financial planning, investment management, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Ongoing education, licensing assistance, and development programs designed to help you transition in the steps leading to an advisory role.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of hosting local and virtual college planning workshops.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
- Monitor data integrity within the CRM and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist with implementing client service standards across all client tiers.
- Work closely to coordinate financial advisors and team members to support client needs.
- Oversee special projects and ensure timely completion aligned with business goals.
Marketing & Communication
- Draft email and written communications on behalf of the company.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including workshop promotions and client engagement.
- Work with partners to coordinate services and ensure seamless collaboration.
