What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hall Monitor position at Bridgewood Health?
Bridgewood, a Long-term care facility located in Kansas City, MO is currently looking for Hall Monitors to assist the nursing staff. We are looking for compassionate individuals to assist our CNAs with residents care.
Duties include but not limited to: monitoring residents during smoke schedules, passing fresh ice water to residents, completing face checks/intensive monitoring documentation, assisting and encouraging residents to maintain clean living areas, answering call lights for assistance, walking the halls to monitor and assist with daily activities and report any changes in behavior to charge nurse. Previous experience preferred but not required.
Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotation with every other weekend off. Potential opportunities for overtime as well. Starting pay is $12.00
