We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at the Cincinnati facility. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing all aspects of HR operations, from payroll to employee engagement.

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong workforce.
- Support employees and leaders through performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Ensure safety and health standards, including OSHA and Workers’ Compensation.
- Drive employee retention and create a welcoming, supportive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s or PHR certification preferred).
- 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of OSHA, EEO, and employment regulations.
