Human Resource Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Manager for a client in West Chester. This position is temporary for now but may have the chance to hire permanently if it is a good fit. Ideal candidates will have Paycor experience along with strong full cycle Human Resource experience. This position is 100% onsite and will pay between $30 and $35 / hr.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations : Address employee issues and conflicts, providing resolutions in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and receive regular feedback.
Compliance : Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Training and Development : Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Compensation and Benefits : Develop and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
HR Policies : Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Strategic HR Planning : Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Employee Retention : Design and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Paycor- Payroll experience is a MUST have

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
