BridgeWorks is currently hiring an Operations Manager Salary range 100k - 150k
The General Manager is responsible for operations, processes, and production in Group’s branch in the USA
The GM is part of the Executive team and in this role part of the Group’s strategy and development.
The General Manager is a key person for the continued development.
The GM has the responsibility and authority to develop targets set by the CEO and Group Executive Management.
The GM will act as a role model and apply leadership integrity and values
Responsibilities
Leading strategy deployment for the plant initiatives and growth :
Metals Industry and background in Automotive required.
Responsibility for company´s strategic planning and development.
Specifying strategic goals.
Working with internal and external customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products, services and processes.
Providing leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development :
Leading, motivating and empowering employees.
Driving a culture of accountability and results through company strategy deployment and effective performance management.
Leading the plant safety initiatives through the participation and development of safety training programs, safety audits and by encouraging employees’ involvement through safety suggestion.
Implementing and driving Lean methods.
Establishing and maintaining visual management and meetings structure.
Ensuring the plant has proper inventory (inventory turnover), production control scheduling, logistics and quality procedures in place.
Developing budget including KPI’s and managing plant within budget
Ensuring profitably growth of the plant and achieve goals measured monthly, quarterly and annually.
Responsibility for reporting the monthly status of the company.
Planning of production and capacity according to the budget.
