What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Lab Technician position at BridgeWorks Co?
BridgeWorks is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician on 1st shift, M-F, 8-5 45K yearly
- Collect, run, return QC tests from all work areas
- Conduct raw materials testing and CoA checks
- Print and apply barcoded labels Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Check batch sheets for ISO 9001 in process compliance and provide real time feedback to operators
- Conduct calibration checks on lab equipment and enter results into the Deacom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Maintenance Repairs and the Operations (MRO) program.
- Oversee MRO program maintenance and oversee coordinating job with maintenance department.
- Conduce physical inventories
- Interact with clients on projects, trials, QC testing, CoA, etc.
- Train as a backup dock manager (supply chain management)
- Receiving incoming raw materials (physically and digitally)
- Shipping finished goods to distribution on inter company transfers or directly to customers on sales orders (physically and digitally)
- WMS place inventory into the correct storage area and conduce inventory Moves in ERP system
- Scan and link shipping documents into ERP
- Spot check for ISO 9001 compliance
- ISO 9001 internal auditor
- Operate an automatic filling station.
- Operate a forklift
- Operate a yard truck to spot tankers, trailers, and transfer goods on company property
- Environmental health and safety team
- Observe, remind, train, retrain and otherwise help enforce safety measures in lab and on production floor
