Essential Functions
Reporting to the Director of Recruiting and Enrollment Management the Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment Marketing Coordinator will:
Admission Recruiting:
Assist with all aspects of the admission process, including communications, visits, tours, interviews, open houses, travel, and admission committees. Work with head coaches in the recruitment process including evaluating and communicating with prospective student-athletes.
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with admissions goals, identifying target demographics, and developing messaging to resonate with prospective students.
Campaign Execution:
Launching and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including targeted advertising, event promotion, webinars, and student testimonials.
Event Management:
Planning and executing recruitment events like information sessions, open houses, campus tours, and virtual events.
Additional Duties:
Support special events related to recruitment, enrollment, and retention. Some travel, evening and weekend work will be required.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of experience in a related professional environment is preferred. Experience with independent schools is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for content creation.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign performance.
- Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Experience with G Suite and relational databases preferred.
- Experience as a student-athlete or coach is not required but beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary commensurate with experience $45,000 - $55,000. This position may have location flexibility and/or campus housing available.
