What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative HR support to employees at the manufacturing facility
- Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Assist in recruiting manufacturing talent, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and conducting pre-employment screenings
- Facilitate new hire benefits orientations and assist with annual insurance open enrollment
- Lead new hire orientation, ensuring all onboarding training and compliance documents are completed
- Support workplace investigations and maintain appropriate documentation
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Maintain and update HR documents and forms as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks to support the HR team and the manufacturing facility
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience, or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with employees at all levels
- Comfortable working in an office setting, providing support to the manufacturing facility with limited interaction with other areas of the business
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, with flexibility to start earlier or later as needed
